All items are carefully packaged; however, due to the fragile nature of glass and cement vessels, minor imperfections or variations may occur.

Returns are not accepted for used or burned candles. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

To reduce risk of fire, injury, or property damage:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials

• Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface

• Do not move candle while burning or when wax is hot

• Stop use when 1/2 inch of wax remains

• Do not burn longer than 3–4 hours at a time

Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire hazard or injury.

Each piece is handmade; slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

Cement vessels may contain natural air bubbles, texture differences, or slight color inconsistencies.

• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use

• Allow wax to melt evenly across the surface during first burn

• Avoid drafts

• Do not overburn

• Keep wax pool free of debris

Proper care extends candle life and improves performance.
